Exchange and Return Policy

At Glic Nutri, we always strive for your satisfaction. If you received your order and need to make an exchange or return, rest assured: we have a transparent and easy-to-understand policy, respecting the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).

1. DEADLINE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it, as stipulated in article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), in case of buyer's remorse regarding a purchase made online.

2. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

The product must be:

  • In its original packaging ;

  • Sealed , with no signs of use or tampering;

  • Accompanied by the invoice and other accessories (when applicable).

Opened or used products will not be accepted for return, except in cases of proven defects.

3. MANUFACTURING DEFECT

If the product has a manufacturing defect within 30 calendar days , the customer may choose to:

  • Exchange for another identical item (if available in stock);

  • A voucher for the amount paid;

  • Full refund.

All products undergo a technical analysis before confirmation of exchange or refund.

4. HOW TO APPLY

Please contact our Customer Service Center via email at [insert Glic Nutri customer service email address] , providing the following information:

  • Order number;

  • Full name and CPF (Brazilian tax identification number);

  • Reason for exchange or return;

  • Photos of the product (in case of defects or damage during transport).

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions for shipping the product.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

  • In case of buyer's remorse or shipping error on Glic Nutri's part, the shipping cost will be covered by our company.

  • If the exchange is at the customer's request (e.g., changing the flavor), the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

6. REFUND OF AMOUNTS

Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method used:

  • Credit card: refund requested from the card issuer;

  • Bank slip or Pix: refund to the current account provided by the customer;

  • The refund period is up to 10 business days after the product is received and analyzed.
